July being pretty much the height of Summer is a great time to be out and about in the countryside seeing what plants are in our immediate surrounding and connecting with them. We will be deepening our knowledge on how to identify them, what their habits are and their therapeutic use both today and historically. The walk will be gentle and easy, more of an amble with many stops along the way to talk about any herbs we may find and end in the herb garden where there are a number of herbs at their peak. It will take no longer than an hour and a half and finish with a cup of herbal tea for those who would like to stay on.
This will also be a great opportunity to meet like minded people to share insights and knowledge on the world of plants, the natural world and our place in it.
